Terms and Conditions of Directory Listing:

1. Ad positions are offered on a non-exclusive basis.

2. Ad positions are subject to availability upon confirmation.

3. A signed agreement to the terms and conditions must be delivered 3 days before the start date.

4. Banner sizes and positions are subject to change at the publisher's discretion without prior notice to the advertiser.

5. A minimum subscription period of 3 months.

6. Banners/panels could be still or animated

7. Banners shall be placed on the site within 2-4 days from the receipt of the same.

8. Advertiser shall have to undertake an advertising agreement to put to the advertisement on the website.

9. Advertisements shall be permanently displayed for the subscribed duration.

10. Charges for advertisement/s shall be payable in advance, and the remainder upon placement of advertisement on the website.

11. All advertisements must comply with all government and other statutory regulations and stipulations and is solely the responsibility of the advertisers or their representatives and or advertising agencies.

12. While every care is taken in compiling the advertisements, neither SACAR Development Consultancy (cc) nor its agents accept responsibility for any inaccuracies or omissions or for any consequences arising from the publication of any advertisement, or for the loss or damage to any advertising material submitted to the publisher. The advertiser agrees to indemnify SACAR Development Consultancy (cc) against any damages, losses or claims by third parties from publication of the advertisement.

13. Cancellation and Termination: If you are dissatisfied with the The Botswana-SME Portal’s website or with any of the terms and conditions contained herein, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your account with The Botswana-SME Portal. You may cancel your participation at any time by sending a message to: info@botswana-sme.com If SACAR Development Consultancy (cc) believes that t you have violated this Agreement or other policies or guidelines that SACAR Development Consultancy (cc) may post on its website. The company may also terminate your account if it (the company) believes your conduct is harmful to other users and/or advertisers who subscribe to our services.

15. NOTICES: SACAR Development Consultancy (cc) may give general notices to you by posting on the company’s website or, if possible, by electronic mail to your e-mail address. You may give notice to SACAR Development Consultancy (cc) by e-mail to:  info@botswana-sme.com SACAR Development Consultancy (cc) reserves the right to reject advertisements considered unacceptable due to images or obscene wording, illegal or otherwise inappropriate.
